Yoga, Meditation and Massage
Monique has been a qualified massage therapist since 1994, meditation instructor since 1995 and
a yoga instructor since 2001.
The yoga that she teaches stems from the spiritual route of this ancient practice.
Regarded as a powerful moving meditation - for centuries it has been known to develop focus,
body awareness, self esteem and confidence, as well as physical strength and flexibility.
Incorporating a blend of Anusara principles, Vipassana techniques and Kundalini yoga,
Monique's classes are designed to cultivate the subtle awareness of self that is intrinsic to
personal development, health and happiness.
